Cancellation terms for Rooted Secrets. 

Registration becomes binding once the registration form has been submitted and the participation fee has been paid.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to: contact@rootedsecrets.cc

Refunds are granted according to the following cancellation policy:

60 or more days before the event: Full refund of the participation fee.

30–59 days before the event: 50% refund of the participation fee.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.

No refund will be granted in case of non-participation, withdrawal during the event, weather conditions, force majeure, personal circumstances or other reasons beyond the control of the private event hosts.
